1. Enlistment Status:
MS Shawal Traders of Sargodha has been officially enlisted with NLC in Category C-3 (Financial Limit: 500 million). The enlistment certificate is enclosed for your reference.

2. Standing Security:
The standing security for enlistment, whenever revised, will be communicated to the firm. The security must be submitted by the firm accordingly.

3. Refund of Standing Security:
The refundable standing security will be released upon request by the contractor after a minimum period of six months from the date of enlistment.

4. Submission of Refund Request:
The firm should submit the original security certificate along with an application for refund of the standing security.
